ExcelFor companies everywhere, Excel is a must. For individuals it is very useful and adaptable. For people who will use it to almost its full potential, then it is worth learning and investing time and money into training. For individuals who just want to use its simple functions, choose something more basic and less expensive as you will probably never need or use its full capacity. In some ways Excel it is a victim of it’s own success. It is such a powerful tool that it is almost impossible to learn how to use it from a manual or from the help topics provided. It can do things that we can’t even spell the names for.

Excel is a very important tool … specialy in big companies, because with this tool calculates faster all products bought and sold in a given space of time. Also with Excel can calculate the average costs and profits of the particular company. With Excel you can build charts, easier, better and faster …
And still many more things I still wanted to learn …. ;)

Microsoft Excel is a program of electronic spread sheet, writing and produced by Microsoft, for computers using the operational system Microsoft Windows and Macintosh computers of Apple. The version for Windows also functions in Linux, saw Wine. Its resources include applications and able tools of calculation and construction of most popular graphs that had become Excel one of applicatory of computer until today. I find that it is a great aid for the companies since thus is more easy to them to make the averages of the bought and sold products, of stocks and also of the expenses and the profits. I find that it is a more-value for us.

I love Excel because it is so adaptable and useful. If you want the figures in front of you to yield some kind of data, then the chances are that Excel can do it automatically for you. All it takes is a little user expertise to set it all up and you are off and running.
But this kind of expertise is almost impossible to achieve…
Sometimes I wonder whether Excel will ever offer up all of its secrets to the individual user without formal training and I have to say that I doubt it very much.
For people who can use it to almost its full potential, then it is worth learning how to and investing time and money into your training. For individuals who just want to use its simple functions, choose something more basic and less expensive as you will probably never need or use its full capacity

Excel is a program developed for Microsoft and among other things it is used to make calculations, one simpler, the other most complex ones. In Excel pods to serve you of formulas of predefined functions you will calculate almost everything what you will remember, or that it is necessary you lack, nowadays Excel is very basic in many companies, who if serve of these same functions!
